Anyone subjected to abusive conduct.
Grounds
Interdict prohibits specified conduct; power of arrest attached under the Protection from Abuse (Scotland) Act 2001 where necessary to protect from abuse.
Evidence required
Sworn affidavits, police reports, medical/witness evidence; ex parte interim interdicts available.
Duration
Until recalled.
Breach consequences
Police can arrest without warrant. Criminal proceedings + civil contempt.
